c) Training and Improvement
Your inputs and interactions may be used to improve our systems as described in our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
IN NO EVENT SHALL MARLOW AUTOMATION GROUP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PREVIOUS 3 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
